Hello, I’m Rebecca, Director of Operations for Signal of Eastern PA. I’m passionate about building strong teams, supporting our officers in the field, and helping create an environment where everyone can grow and succeed. Every day I’m focused on making sure our operations run smoothly and that our team members have the support they need to do their jobs well.
My Story
What I enjoy most about my role is developing people. I take pride in coaching team members, celebrating their progress, and watching them step into larger leadership roles within the company. Being able to work side by side in uniform with our officers and supervisors keeps me connected to the team and reminds me why strong leadership and support matter.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. Whether we’re fishing on the water or hunting in the woods, those quiet moments together are the perfect way to recharge and appreciate the simple things.
