Ramin Eghbali is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive, and aviation professional with a diverse career spanning healthcare, biotechnology, and commercial leadership. He began his professional journey as an occupational therapist, building a strong foundation in patient care before transitioning into the life sciences industry, where he has spent over two decades leading growth, innovation, and commercialization efforts.

Ramin has held senior leadership roles across global organizations, including serving as General Manager at Stedical Scientific, where he led operations across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, driving the commercialization of advanced wound care technologies. As Founder and CEO of Lenire Biosciences, he led the development and financing of a rare disease biotechnology company focused on Fragile X Syndrome, successfully navigating partnerships, licensing, and FDA orphan designation efforts. 

Throughout his career, Ramin has worked closely with boards, investors, and executive teams to scale businesses, lead mergers and acquisitions, and bring innovative medical technologies to market. His experience spans therapeutic areas including wound healing, neurology, dermatology, endocrinology, and rare diseases. He has also served in executive leadership roles at Cosmederm Bioscience and Apria Healthcare, where he managed large-scale operations, global teams, and multimillion-dollar business units.

In addition to his business accomplishments, Ramin is an experienced aviator with over a decade of flying experience. He holds Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), and Multi-Engine certifications, reflecting his commitment to precision, discipline, and safety—principles that carry through to his leadership style.
