I specialize in optimizing security operations, empowering teams, and ensuring every client receives responsive, reliable protection. My mission is to elevate safety standards while helping others unlock their full potential—both professionally and personally.
My Story
With more than 10 years of leadership in security operations, I’ve built my career around precision, accountability, and empowerment. At Signal Security, I oversee the implementation of operational strategies that enhance efficiency, improve response times, and strengthen client trust. Beyond the logistics of patrol coordination and risk management, I focus on mentorship—helping team members grow as leaders while finding purpose in their work.
I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who may not have strong guidance networks. Through community programs like Big Sister Little Sister, I mentor youth who are overcoming personal challenges, teaching resilience and goal-setting—values that mirror the discipline and care required in the security field.
When I’m not in the operations center, I find balance outdoors—whether fishing, walking my dog, or spending quality time with family. These moments remind me why safety and stability matter, both at work and at home.
