I’m Rebecca “Becky” Gonzalez, Director of Human Resources at Signal Security. For over 23 years, I’ve helped shape a culture of professionalism, accountability, and growth within our Pennsylvania operations. I specialize in team leadership, investigations, and event emergency planning—ensuring our officers and staff are always prepared to perform at the highest standard.
My Story
As Director of Human Resources at Signal Security since 2002, I’ve had the privilege of helping build a strong, people-focused organization from the ground up. My role blends leadership development, operational oversight, and safety coordination to keep our teams aligned, motivated, and ready to serve.
Over the years, I’ve guided Signal through key initiatives in team training, performance management, payroll, invoicing, and administrative operations, while also supporting special event coordination and emergency response planning. My focus has always been on balancing operational excellence with genuine care for the people behind the uniform.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about fostering teamwork, continuous improvement, and a supportive environment where every employee can grow and succeed.
