I’m Bill Kotowski, Owner and President of Signal Security of Eastern and Western Pennsylvania. With more than 28 years of leadership experience in emergency services and critical care, I’ve dedicated my career to protecting people, strengthening communities, and building teams that lead with integrity. At Signal, my focus is on delivering exceptional client experiences through reliability, responsiveness, and results.

Since acquiring the Signal Security franchises in 2020, I’ve been proud to lead a team that has grown its client portfolio by 400% and revenue by 625%—a testament to our shared commitment to service and excellence. My leadership philosophy is simple: when we take care of our people, they take care of our clients. That principle guides every decision we make across our Pennsylvania operations.
Before Signal, I spent nearly three decades in emergency services and healthcare, including 19 years as an ICU nurse specializing in critical care. Those years instilled in me a deep respect for precision, accountability, and teamwork—values that continue to define my approach to business and security operations today.
As a Licensed Private Detective and a leader dedicated to innovation and community trust, I’m driven to ensure every client receives the highest standard of protection and professionalism.
