Hello, I’m Bryce Gonzalez, Director of Operations for Signal of Western PA. I’m focused on building strong teams, delivering exceptional service to our clients, and ensuring our officers have the support and leadership they need to succeed. My goal is to create a professional environment where both our team members and our clients experience the highest level of trust, accountability, and service.
My Story
My career with Signal started in the field as an unarmed officer, giving me firsthand experience with the responsibilities and expectations our officers face every day. While attending college, I balanced my role at Signal with being a four-year captain of my wrestling team while earning my degree in Criminal Justice. That experience helped shape my leadership style—one built on discipline, teamwork, and leading by example.
After graduating, I returned to Signal full time, earned my armed officer certification, and continued developing within the organization before stepping into my current role as Director of Operations for Western Pennsylvania. Today, I focus on strategic operations, strengthening client relationships, and creating a strong officer experience that reflects the professionalism and standards our company is known for.
