I’m Jim Pio, Chief Marketing Officer at Signal Security, where I’ve spent over a decade leading teams across Pennsylvania and New Jersey in delivering top-tier security guard services and surveillance solutions. With expertise in threat assessment, guard training, and project management, I’m dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most through proactive, professional security strategies.
My Story
Since joining Signal Security in 2016, I’ve built and led teams that have made our Pennsylvania and New Jersey operations regional leaders in the security industry. My experience spans security guard operations, mobile camera trailers, and CCTV systems; each playing a key role in keeping communities and businesses safe.
Before my time at Signal, I managed and developed several businesses, working closely with clients on government relations, fundraising, and policy advocacy throughout the Greater Philadelphia and Harrisburg areas. I hold certifications including PA Act 235, SORA Red, and Certified Apartment Supplier, which reflect my commitment to professionalism and ongoing growth in the field.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the water sailing, tackling home projects, exploring the outdoors, or spending time cooking and relaxing with my wife and two children.
